Sam trained and practised at TGB, one of Adelaide's most respected firms, where he saw two things. First, that succession law done well requires a very specific kind of attention: legal precision in drafting, combined with warmth in the conversation. Second, that the larger firm environment doesn't always make space for that combination.
Rosewood Succession Solicitors was founded on a simple principle: every client should deal directly with the person drafting their documents. No paralegals preparing wills. Current credentials and ongoing study
Sam is currently completing his masters in succession law and working toward formal accredited specialist status with the Law Society of SA. Until that accreditation is awarded, we describe the practice as focused exclusively on succession matters rather than using the protected specialist title.
